Very displeased

I have made many in app purchases on this app in the last year and a half that I have had it. Over 24 hours ago I made an in app purchase and never got my gems. My bank statement says it paid for. I sent them many responses asking why they never showed up and I have gotten no reply!!! I have done everything to try and get them to show up but nothing is working.
